About Me

Software engineer with extensive experience in Go, Drupal and Javascript. Launched new e-commerce platforms, and content management systems. Lead developer on sites for consumer products, federal agencies and higher education. Strong experience with server management, cloud services, and Agile workflows. As a former newsman, I'm passionate about the power of information and effective communication.

Technologies

Drupal: Site builder since 2012. I've helped to build and maintain several large-scale Drupal sites, including e-commerce platforms. Also I've attended Drupalcons, Florida Drupal camp, given presentations at Broward Drupal meetings, and translated Drupal curriculum from Spanish to English.

Javascript: Critical to all client-side endeavors, I've been working with Javascript for several years. Interesting projects include games using the Phaser library, and the Popcorn.js video toolset from Mozilla.
